Background.I graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with dual minors in Criminology and Sociology. I then attended The College of New Jersey where I received a Master of Arts in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy and Counseling. I was a member of the Chi Sigma Iota Honor Society and had the privilege of presenting research during the Ramapo research Symposium while attending Ramapo College of New Jersey. Since receiving my graduate degree, I have worked at CPC and High Focus Centers.
Credentials and Licensing. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey and will soon be certified in Perinatal Mental Health counseling. I am also a Senior Clinician in the Freehold Location.
Areas of passion and specialty. As a dedicated clinician, I bring a compassionate and client-centered approach to working with both individuals and couples. I specialize in helping clients navigate life's challenges, improve their relationships, and achieve personal growth. I am passionate about supporting clients through a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and personal development. I focus on creating a safe and empathetic environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Fun fact. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my dog and catching up on reality TV.
