Areas of passion and specialty. I have over 12 years of professional experience working with adolescents, adults, and families in the field of mental health and addiction.
Approach. My mission is to create a safe therapeutic environment where individuals have an opportunity to be open and honest without fear of judgement. Using an interactive and compassionate therapeutic approach, I help clients gain insight into patterns of thinking and behaving that have become unproductive, increase motivation to engage in change, and develop the tools necessary to navigate towards a life of fulfillment.
