Background. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Ramapo College of New Jersey. With experience working with adolescents and their families in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient settings, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals facing a wide range of challenges including substance use, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, mood disorders, behavioral issues, and struggles with self-esteem.

Areas of passion and specialty. Throughout my experience working with children and families during times of crisis, I’ve developed a true passion for supporting others through what can often be a difficult and overwhelming time. I understand that seeking help is not easy, but I believe it’s a courageous first step towards healing and recovery. I am particularly passionate about working with individuals who are facing both mental health and substance use challenges, navigating significant life transitions, or those simply looking to build coping skills to manage life’s everyday stressors.
Approach. I take a person-centered approach to therapy incorporating motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy, and strength-based strategies to help you achieve your goals. Together, we’ll create a collaborative and supportive space where you can explore your unique story, clarify your goals, and begin the next chapter of your journey toward growth and healing.
