LAC

Licensed Associate Counselor

Background. I received my B.A in Women’s and Gender Studies from Rutgers University, and my M.A in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Montclair State University.

Credentials and Licensing. I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor in the State of New Jersey. I am currently under the supervision of Jacqueline Warren, LPC, ACS.

Areas of passion and specialty. I have worked in both community health as well as intensive outpatient settings. During this time, I found a deep passion and appreciation for working with LGBTQIA+ adolescents and adults, couples (monogamous and non-monogamous), and neurodivergent communities. I hope to provide an affirmative and celebratory space that supports your unique growth and healing.

Approach. My approach to counseling is centered on creating a safe, accepting space where you can be fully yourself. I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey, offering a compassionate, nonjudgmental presence, so you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges openly. I take an integrative approach to best support your specific needs and goals, drawing from person- cantered, psychodynamic and attachment based practices.
