Licensed Associate Counselor

Background. I received my undergraduate degrees from Stockton University, which include a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a minor in Holistic Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Behavioral Neuroscience. I obtained my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I have prior clinical experience working with clients of all ages in both a traditional outpatient setting and an intensive outpatient/partial hospitalization program.

Credentials and Licensing. I'm a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the State of New Jersey. I am under the supervision of Pam Kletke, LPC, LCADC, ACS.

Areas of passion and specialty. I am passionate about helping people untangle the messiness of life—whether it’s navigating anxiety, unpacking past trauma, improving relationships, or making sense of a difficult life transition. I take a personalized approach, tailoring our work to what feels right for you, and I always emphasize collaboration. This is your journey, and my role is to guide and support you while you find your way forward.

Approach. My approach to therapy is grounded in genuine connection and collaboration. We’ll work together to explore your unique story, challenges, and strengths using a mix of therapeutic techniques rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy. I believe that healing happens when we build trust, and that’s why I focus on creating an open, comfortable space where you can be yourself—no masks, no judgment.
