Areas of passion and specialty. I am passionate about my work with adolescents and young adults. Change is tough, I am here to help you through all of life's transitions. I work with those experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders and relationship issues.
Approach. I offer a highly personalized approach to each of my clients' needs. We can discover how to help you overcome fears, obstacles and the challenges of daily life. I believe that each individual has strength to heal themselves and feel honored to walk this journey with my clients.
As a proud advocate and ally for the LGBTQIA community, I strive to provide a space of safety and honesty for my clients. Using an individualized holistic approach, I recognize the importance of the mind-body connection. I use mindfulness-based practices as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with my clients to achieve their goals.
It is important to express your inner thoughts outwardly. During the therapeutic journey there is a lot of self-learning and self-acceptance. I understand that coming to therapy is a new stepping stone and I am honored to be the one to help you achieve your goals. Together we can face life's challenges.
