Background. I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Montclair State University in 2024.
Credentials and Licensing. I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the State of New Jersey. As an associate counselor, I am currently working under the supervision of Danielle Magna, LPC, ACS in New Jersey.
Areas of passion and specialty. I have experience working with adults with a wide range of needs, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, life transitions, OCD, and family/relationship issues.
Approach. I strongly believe in the power of a therapeutic relationship and the trust and respect it fosters. My counseling approach begins with building this relationship through empathy and genuineness, creating a safe, judgment-free space for my clients. I value collaboration with my clients and tailor our sessions to meet their needs. While maintaining this integrative approach, I draw from various evidence-based theoretical approaches, including psychodynamic therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
Fun fact. In my free time, I love to try out new coffee shops, reading, and seeing Broadway shows!
