Areas of passion and specialty. I look to incorporate mindfulness to slow things down and intentionally reflect. My goal is to provide clients with the skills, psycho-education, and space to slow down to reach their personal goals.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults with co-occurring substance use and mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, family issues, and trauma.
Approach. I use a person-centered Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) approach to collaborate on individual goals. I use Art Therapy interventions to develop a relationship between the art-making process, the individual, and the world around them.
