Background. I received my BA from The College of New Jersey with a major in Counseling Psychology and a minor in Social Justice Studies. I continued to pursue my passion for counseling psychology by attending graduate school at Lehigh University, where I obtained my M.Ed.
Credentials and Licensing. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the State of New Jersey. I am under the supervision of Danielle Magna, LPC, ACS.
Areas of passion and specialty. I have experience working with various disorders such as ASD, ADHD, ODD, anxiety, PTSD, depression, and other mood disorders. I am passionate about developing my multicultural competence by working with individuals of differing abilities, sexual orientations, and racial, socioeconomic, and religious identities.
Approach. I utilize an integrative approach that incorporates aspects of several different therapeutic orientations, including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Feminist Therapy.
