Credentials and Licensing. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida.
Areas of passion and specialty. I specialize in working with children and adolescents, though I have also enjoyed working with adults and seniors in both group and individualized settings. I have experience with individuals with a wide range of needs, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, gender identity, substance abuse, family issues and other mood related disorders.
Approach. I enjoy taking an eclectic approach to therapy, allowing for me to conduct an individualized, client centered approach with a concentration on dialectical behavioral therapy, family roles and positive psychology. I believe a genuine authenticity can help clients to feel accepted, valued, validated and empowered to reach their full potential and achieve their personal goals.
