Background. I attended Monmouth University, where I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus in Addictions.
Credentials and Licensing. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), and am also 200 hour yoga certified (200 RYT).
Passion and Specialty. I have experience working with adults struggling with trauma, anxiety, adjustment disorder, depression, and addiction.
Approach. I utilize a person-centered approach in combination with mindfulness, breath work, and embodiment practices to help my clients return to their natural state of mind, body, and spiritual connection. I honor this process by holding a warm, inviting, and safe place to explore thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Through this process we begin to create corrective experiences. Together we can feel through emotions where you may feel stuck and reconnect you towards clarity and inner peace. I invite you to join me in this therapeutic experience!
