Background. I graduated from Rider University with a Bachelors in Psychology. After completing my undergrad, I went to receive my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling also at Rider University.
Credentials and Licensing. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor in New Jersey. I am currently under the supervision of Kandys Randolph, LPC, ACS.
Areas of passion and specialty. I have a strong passion for working with children, adolescents and young adults, a passion that grew from my experience in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient settings. I am particularly drawn to this population because I understand how challenging life transitions can be during these stages, and I am committed to helping them build the skills and resilience they need to navigate these challenges.
Approach. I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a way that promotes healing and growth. I work with individuals dealing with challenges like anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation and trauma, helping them develop healthy coping skills and practical tools to navigate life’s ups and downs.
