Areas of passion and specialty. I have spent most of my career working with adults, often older adults and families. I specialize in helping to find ways to cope with caregiving, loss, long term care planning and illness such as dementia, cancer and other live limiting illnesses. I also have experience working with those with trauma related to medical treatment and traumatic loss.
Approach. "I hope to provide a warm and inclusive environment that allows each individual to feel seen and heard. I work from strengths based perspective to help each person feel safe and build confidence. Maybe it's cliche but I believe "laughter is the best medicine." I hope my clients will leave each session smiling and feel Empowered to embrace not just their strengths but their flaws and "messy bits" too."
Fun Fact. I love crafts and my 2 rescue dogs
