Background. I graduated from The College of New Jersey with a bachelors in Psychology, and later on a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My past clinical experiences include working at an outpatient community agency, and a counseling center on a college campus.
Credentials and Licensing. I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). I am currently under the supervision of Kandys Randolph, LPC, LCADC, ACS.
Areas of passion and specialty. I have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, substance use recovery, trauma, and depression. I love working with the adult/ young adult population.
Approach. My goal is to work together to figure out how to best navigate what it is you’re struggling with. I love using a positive psychology approach in addition to cognitive behavioral therapy. This helps provide a balance of working through your struggles, all while acknowledging what you’re already doing well!
Fun fact. In my free time I love running, rock climbing, or going to yoga classes!
