Background. I am a graduate of Monmouth University with an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With almost 20 years experience as an educator and school administrator, I bring a wealth of experience working with children, adolescents, and families to the therapy room. I also currently work as a school counselor for a private school in Monmouth County, providing psycho-education, brief individual counseling, group work, and parent support.

Credentials and Licensing. I currently hold a License in Professional Counseling in New Jersey.

Areas of passion and specialty. I have interest and experience working with adolescents and adults who are looking for support with anxiety, grief, family or relationship issues, parenting challenges, and academic concerns. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with children and teens who have learning, behavioral, and attention issues.

Approach. My strength lies in building strong rapport and genuine connection with my clients to help to foster the therapeutic alliance needed to effect positive growth and change through counseling. I work to provide my clients with a safe space to process issues which may interfere with daily functioning.

Fun Fact. I really enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, photography, volunteering, and reading.
