Credentials and Licensing. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida (Telehealth only).
Areas of passion and specialty. I have experiences including, but not limited to, working with individuals who struggle with disordered eating and poor body image, addiction and recovery, anxiety, depression, and life changes such as going to college, moving, or working through parental divorce.
Approach. Whether you are just beginning therapy, or are continuing along in your therapeutic journey, I would like to support you by giving you a place to explore. If you find yourself feeling like old patterns and behaviors are no longer serving you or if you feel overwhelmed and are unsure where your emotions are coming from, my hope as a non-judgmental therapist is to help you feel empowered. My therapeutic style centers around a strength-based approach, values, and self-compassion to help you increase your sense of self-efficacy. My goal is to create a place of learning where we can work together to achieve your treatment goals.
