Background. I received my Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from Kutztown University, and my Masters of Social Work from Columbia University with a concentration in health, mental health, and disabilities. I have since received my License in Clinical Social Work and a License In Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counseling.

Areas of passion and specialty. Includes, but is not limited to, young adults and those challenged by the impact of chronic mental illness and PTSD.
Favorite therapeutic modalities. I apply multiple therapeutic techniques, but am mainly driven by the Strengths Based Perspective and am solutions focused in practice. I also frequently apply Motivational Interviewing to help my clients recognize, set, and achieve their own treatment goals.
Approach. Change is possible. Three powerful words we can all learn to live by and put into action. I believe in innate human resilience, and it is that resilience that makes you capable of achieving more than you might even think is possible. My passion has always been to help others, and my experience and educational background allow me the privilege to embark with you on a journey and process of change. I always strive to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. Change is possible, and I look forward to working with you!
