Background. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Penn State University and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Credentials and Licensing. I currently hold licenses in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida. Licenses include: Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Drug and Alcohol Counselor, and Approved Clinical Supervisor.
Areas of passion and specialty. I specialize in leading situation-specific counseling through individual, group, and couple sessions.
Approach. “If not now, when?” I am proud of you for taking a step towards finding your center. Throughout my career and training, I have supported a variety of clients through managing numerous obstacles. While operating as a therapist in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, I have helped my clients learn to cultivate the coping skills and tools needed to create a life of authenticity and meaning. I use an eclectic approach to therapy; integrating skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution focused, and strengths-based interventions. I am here to aid in your growth, but also allow you the space to blossom as you see fit. Together, we will work to embrace your vulnerability and facilitate the healing process; fully integrating all the parts of who you are.
