Background. I graduated from Georgian Court University with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Credentials and Licensing. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of New Jersey.
Areas of passion and specialty. I have experience working with individuals, such as children, adolescents, and adults who have struggled with varying traumatic experiences. Including but not limited to, domestic violence, substance use, anxiety, depression, obsessive disorders, personality disorders, mood disorders, behavior disorders, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and life transitions in an individual and/or a group setting.
Approach. In our time together, I utilize a person-centered approach with an emphasis on mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, motivational interviewing, strength based approaches, and positive psychology while we meet your goals and achieve sustainable growth and change.
